Data we collect

Contact forms may collect your name, email, engagement interest, warehouse site count, preferred fieldwork window, and message content. We also receive technical data such as IP address and basic server logs when you visit the site, and cookie-related data as described in our cookies policy.

Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare quotes, and schedule fieldwork. We use limited technical data to operate and secure the website. Where Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process data with your consent, to perform pre-contract steps you request, or for legitimate operational needs that do not override your rights.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, dispute, or legal obligation. Engagement working papers follow the retention schedule in the engagement letter.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who host email or the website, and with professional advisers when needed, under confidentiality obligations. If you ask us to coordinate with your external accountant, we share only what you authorize.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the destination and the sensitivity of the data.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

Children

Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
