Fees

How we price warehouse finance work

Fees follow site count, transfer volume, and how deep the valuation or allocation work needs to go. The figures below are guidance for planning — your quote follows a scoping call.

Engagement Starting point What moves the fee
Warehouse Network Finance Audit From NT$180,000 (two sites) Additional hubs, night-move density, multi-currency inventory, lender-ready reporting pack
Inter-Warehouse Transfer Review From NT$65,000 Months of history requested, route count, optional floor visit
Inventory Valuation Assessment From NT$48,000 SKU bands, obsolescence complexity, cold-chain vs dry goods
Distribution Cost Allocation Check From NT$55,000 Number of cost centers and channels to recalculate

Estimate factors we ask about

  • How many warehouses hold sellable stock
  • Whether transfers run nightly between hubs
  • Your preferred cut-off date and external reporting deadline
  • Language of working papers (English, Mandarin, or bilingual)
  • Access constraints such as bonded zones or after-hours receiving

Deposits and billing

Engagements over NT$80,000 usually require a 30% deposit to reserve fieldwork weeks. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final findings pack. Travel within southern Taiwan is included in the quote; longer island travel is itemized separately.

What we do not sell

There are no monthly software subscriptions, seat licenses, or automatic renewals. You commission a defined audit or review, receive the report, and decide later whether a follow-up visit is useful.
