Built beside warehouse ledgers, not above them
SmartDistSys began as a small Tainan practice helping distributors reconcile what left the dock with what hit the books. That still shapes every engagement.
Origin
In the early years we sat with family-owned distributors in Tainan Hsien whose stock moved nightly between sheds that barely shared a numbering system. Transfer notes arrived late; valuation policies lived in someone’s head. The work was slow, physical, and precise — and it remains the foundation of how we audit warehouse networks today.
Mission
We help distribution businesses in Taiwan present honest inventory and distribution cost figures: figures a lender, owner, or external accountant can trust because the floor evidence and the ledger agree.
Working approach
We interview warehouse supervisors before we argue with the trial balance. We sample high-value and high-frequency routes first. We write findings in plain language so operations and finance can act without translating jargon between teams.
